Back Yard Wildlife

We have quite a few deer in our yard. At one point I counted more than twenty deer frolicking in our front yard.



I had not seen these beauties yet though.



They were attracted by the left over waffles and egg we threw out.



Too bad the Easter Bunny did not show himself today! He lives in the left hand corner of our yard, and he had a busy day yesterday: we say him leave for work, and hop across our yard in the morning, to only return in the evening. Hiding eggs must be hard work!

I am not here

This photo was taken many weeks ago at St Johns, but since we are swamped with work here and have no time to have new photo-worthy experiences, I guess this is better than nothing.



Also, I think these photos of one of the resort's resident iguanas are rather awesome.

Spring!

Our spring break was reduced by an hour last night. Damn Obama and the government, always meddling with the natural state of affairs! My clocks were doing fine as they were, and all of a sudden, I have to move them forward by an hour. Daylight savings -- didn't ask for it, didn't want it!



I am dreading the fact that tomorrow, we will have to get up at 6 (aka 5 o' clock @#$!!**@#$) again. But until then, we're enjoying the springing of spring!

New stuffz

Buying furniture in W'burg is not easy, as people are so much into the colonial era here, that they furnish their homes as how they imagine stuff looked 200 years ago.



So we decided to just buy our furniture online, without ever having seen it in person. We went for safe -- you really cannot go wrong with purple sofas.



And now, there is yet another room in our house that is more-or-less furnished! We also received our king size bed and mattress a few weeks back, and all that is left to fill is our yoga/study-room.
