Inspiration
We went to Brötchen for lunch today, and were inspired by the salmon with parsley mashed potatoes on their menu.By the way, everybody should go to Brötchen for lunch. Also, we discovered their cakes are great, and their breads are amazing: we had a chocolate cherry bread that the owner recommended for breakfast, but we enjoyed with gorgonzola and a glass of wine... Yum-o.
